Our expertise is in the selling of homes. With Jeff's 10 years as a real estate advisor in Canada, he has chosen to position himself as a true representative of the seller - I'm not just an intermediary between you and the buyer. What this means to you as the owner of your home is that Jeff is truly part of your team. My goal is not to get you to lower your price to compromise with a buyer, my goal is to help you get the best possible price for your property.
To get the best price possible for your home, we must capture the interest of qualified buyers. To do this, we use personalized videos for each home, high quality photos, online advertising, social media campaigns, all of the best-possible marketing materials. Jeff has a 4 year Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from a leading Canadian university with a specialization in Marketing, so this is an area of expertise for him. For every home we sell, we develop a comprehensive marketing plan to target the broadest group of buyers possible.

For every home we sell, we create a welcome video to display the highlights of the home, city, and neighbourhood. The way we tell a story online can make all the difference.
To maintain our high level of service, we have developed our own proven systems to ensure that every home receives the professional care and attention it deserves. Nothing is left out. For example, once we have captured a buyer's initial interest, we put them into our Interested Buyer system and accompany them step by step. See below for a small overview.
5 steps for the Interested Buyer.
“10 Q’s” - Before visiting your home, each buyer will have to answer ten questions about their plans. These ten important questions will determine their level of interest, their funding capacity, etc. We'll screen out buyers who don't match the right criteria, saving you time and guarding your privacy from any nosy neighbours.
“Feature Sheet” - As a thank you for answering the 10 questions, every serious buyer will receive a professional presentation sheet to remind them of all the best aspects of your home.
“Highlight Video” - The day before the visit, each buyer will receive a professional video that will keep them eager to see your home and help them visualize it better before they even walk in the door.
“Post-visit Survey” - At the end of each visit, we take the time to sit down with buyers and complete a full 2 page survey to give us an overview of their likes / dislikes and what they think about your home.
“The Follow-up” - The day after the visit, each buyer receives something to maintain their interest. This is often a copy of the floor plan to help them remember the layout. Or sometimes we'll send additional photos of a particular room or part of the home that they liked. The point is to stay in touch with the buyer while answering their questions and encouraging them to make an offer.
